Amazon Doesn't Care About BBB Ratings

Of those hundreds of thousands of reviews left over a period of several years, 94% have been positive, 2% neutral and 4% negative." Well that means almost 10,000 were negative.

So it seems even though amazon belongs to BBB, if the BBB gives a poor rating to a merchant it doesn't matter to amazon and they will continue allowing poorly rated merchants to bilk their customers.
