LAST POST

Well of course I lost. amazon doesn't care and antonline only wants the money and S***W the customer. The Better Business Bureau doesn't care either. If you don't believe me, I can send the e-mails to prove it. I even sent an e-mail to Asus asking for help getting the thing to work and they ignored me.

Amazon Doesn't Care About BBB Ratings

amazon stated in part "We don't control the ratings of sellers on other sites. (BBB gives antonline a D-/F). However, a look at ANTOnline's profile revealed that this seller has accumulated 232,678 comments over the course of its history selling through the safety of our site. Of those hundreds of thousands of reviews left over a period of several years, 94% have been positive, 2% neutral and 4% negative." Well that means almost 10,000 were negative.

So it seems even though amazon belongs to BBB, if the BBB gives a poor rating to a merchant it doesn't matter to amazon and they will continue allowing poorly rated merchants to bilk their customers.

BizRate posting

Well I finally got to post my negative rating for antonline.com on BizRate. I tried to do one for amazon.com, but it erred out like before.

BUY.com doesn't hide seller return policy

I was looking for an SACD version of an old 4-channel LP I have and came across this product page where the merchant's return policy is readily available for review by clicking a visible link.

amazon.com hasn't answered why F rated merchant allowed

I am still waiting for amazon.com to reply to my multiple inquiries as to why they allow a merchant to continue doing business on their site that has a rating of "F" or "D-" from the BBB.

Check out antonlinesucks.com

If you want more proof of how bad antonline.com is, go to http://www.antonlinesucks.com/ and see for yourself.

This is a web site I found doing research after the fact. I have no affiliation with this site, yet.

BIZRate Censorship???

I have tried for the past three days to rate both Amazon.com and ANTOnline on BizRate.com and it fails every time I don't do a glowing rating; the only one that passed to the next step. So I guess BizRate must get kickbacks for good ratings and won't allow bad ratings? If there was a way to contact BizRate I would ask, but I don't see any way to contact them directly.

I did not use bad language. I just stated the facts.

I guess the truth about ANTOnline must be quashed by everyone? I wonder how they got that clout?

January 30, 2009 Update: I just tried rating antonline at bizrate and again received an error message, so I cannot post a rating. What gives?
