I am still waiting for amazon.com to reply to my multiple inquiries as to why they allow a merchant to continue doing business on their site that has a rating of "F" or "D-" from the BBB.

Beware of ANTOnline; they have over 9,200 negative ratings and a BBB rating of "F", yet Amazon still has them on their site as a trusted seller.
