I am still waiting for amazon.com to reply to my multiple inquiries as to why they allow a merchant to continue doing business on their site that has a rating of "F" or "D-" from the BBB.

Check out antonlinesucks.com
If you want more proof of how bad antonline.com is, go to http://www.antonlinesucks.com/ and see for yourself.
This is a web site I found doing research after the fact. I have no affiliation with this site, yet.

BIZRate Censorship???
I have tried for the past three days to rate both Amazon.com and ANTOnline on BizRate.com and it fails every time I don't do a glowing rating; the only one that passed to the next step. So I guess BizRate must get kickbacks for good ratings and won't allow bad ratings? If there was a way to contact BizRate I would ask, but I don't see any way to contact them directly.
I did not use bad language. I just stated the facts.
I guess the truth about ANTOnline must be quashed by everyone? I wonder how they got that clout?
January 30, 2009 Update: I just tried rating antonline at bizrate and again received an error message, so I cannot post a rating. What gives?

Amazon allows ANTOnline on site with BBB rating of "F"
Even though ANTOnline has an "F" rating from the Better Business Bureau Amazon.com still allows them to use Amazon's site to do business. I guess Amazon is like all big corporations; they only care about making money anyway the can and damn the consumer.
Update: Somehow the rating was upgraded this week from "F" to "D-" on the BBB site. Click on this post's title to see rating at the Better Business Bureau.

BizRate won't allow ratings unless they are positive
I have tried numerous times to create a rating that was not positive for ANTOnline and Amazon.com concerning this fiasco. The only time I could get a rating to go to preview mode was when I did a neutral rating with very few words. I tried to edit said rating to reflect my actual dealings with ANTOnline and again was not able to get to the preview page. Something is rotten in Denmark.

ANTOnline has VERY Restrictive Return Policy
This is my first post about my fighting and losing a battle with the behemoth Amazon.COM. I will do my very best to NOT get passionate and keep it to just the facts. There will be evidence posted in both e-mail and pictorial content. I just want to warn consumers about the fact that if you buy something from ANTOnline to be sure to find (if you can) and read the extremely restrictive return policy ANTOnline has. This policy is not readily available for review at the product page on Amazon. Amazon expects you to go to ANTOnline's web site to read their Return Policy. Why isn't the policy readily available on Amazon's site; where you are actually placing the order?
Don't even touch the box if you want to return the item, let alone think about opening the product packaging. The product, even if it is incompatible with your hardware, cannot be returned for exchange or refund even with a 15% restocking fee involved, if you open it. I even offered them over 21% in restocking fee, if I could exchange the incompatible item for something I could use. I did not even receive the courtesy of a reply.
ANTOnline has over 6,000 negative comments on Amazon. I wish I had the read comments prior to purchasing from ANTOnline. Amazon minimizes the impact of negative comments by listing them as being four percent. Which in my humble opinion is deceptive.

UPDATE 01/30/09: antonline told the BBB that I misstated the number of negative ratings on amazon.com, so I checked; sure enough I stated the incorrect number. The correct number of negative ratings is 9,245.76 during the "life" of the rating system.
I contacted the Better Business Bureau and they closed the complaint even though I found Amazon's explanation unacceptable. This is the second time, in 20 years, that I've contacted the BBB and it's the second time I received no satisfactory results.
